Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist (Jewellery Showroom)

Location: JKJ Jewellers

Amrapali Marg, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000 per month ( Depends on your interview )

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and well-presentable Front Desk Receptionist for our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a warm and welcoming experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers with a smile as they enter the showroom
• Ensure guests feel comfortable and attended to
• Assist with seating and coordinate with sales staff
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and positive front desk presence
• Offer refreshments (if applicable) and take care of customer needs
• Handle incoming calls and showroom inquiries
• Maintain visitor records and front desk operations
• Help customer in wearing of jewellery
• Politely encourage satisfied customers to post a review on Google

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred
• Smart, energetic, and positive attitude
• Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Customer-friendly and polite behavior
• Basic computer knowledge

Working Hours: As per showroom timings

• Preferred: Experience in jewellery showroom or retail sector
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
