Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between prospective buyers and sellers, conduct property site visits, negotiate contracts, and close real estate transactions to drive revenue growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Conversion: Follow up on incoming leads, conduct cold/warm outreach, and build a strong pipeline of potential property buyers.
- Client Consultation: Understand client preferences, budget, and requirements to recommend suitable properties.
- Site Visits & Walkthroughs: Coordinate and schedule property viewings with buyers, highlighting key features and micro-market benefits.
- Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate discussions between buyers and sellers to agree on fair pricing, payment terms, and closing agreements.
- Market Awareness: Track market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging property developments in the local target area.
- CRM Maintenance: Record client interactions, lead statuses, and sales reporting in our CRM system.
