Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.

• Handle B2C customer invoicing, collections, payment follow-ups, and customer account reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely recording of all financial transactions.

• Process monthly payroll, salary disbursements, reimbursements, and employee settlements.

• Ensure compliance with payroll-related statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and Labour Law regulations.

• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings within prescribed timelines.

• Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate with internal teams for collections.

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account closures.

• Reconcile bank accounts, customer ledgers, vendor accounts, and payroll accounts.

• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, P&L reports, and management reports.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.

• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
