Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day accounting work
  • Handle general ledger and final accounts
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
  • Check and approve vouchers, bills, and entries
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable
  • Do bank reconciliation regularly
  • Handle GST / TDS / tax working and filings
  • Support audit work and provide required documents
  • Maintain salary, payroll, and expense records
  • Review junior accountant work
  • Ensure all accounting follows company rules and laws
  • Help management with financial data and reports
  • Track budgets and control costs
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, and tax consultants
