Job Description

CSR (Funcity)


 Customer Service

 Working in various activity areas(POS, rides, video games, soft play, bowling lanes) &

Providing assistance to customers.

 Needs to maintain SOPs & Ensuring Service standards.

 Cashiering & Stock Management.

 Upkeep and Maintenance of hygiene in the store.

 Proper personal grooming & Best behavior with guest. Handle the customers

effectively on floor/POS/Rides/Play Area with no complaints.

 Effective coordination and communication with colleagues

 To have complete knowledge of all operations related SOP's.

 Being an Ambassador of the brand.
