About the Role

PRDGY is looking for a skilled and experienced Flatlock & Overlock Machine Tailor who can efficiently operate industrial stitching machines and deliver high-quality garment production. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling knitwear and apparel stitching while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Flatlock, Overlock, and other industrial stitching machines.
• Stitch garments as per approved measurements, patterns, and specifications.
• Ensure neat finishing, durability, and consistency in every garment.
• Maintain production quality across bulk orders.
• Identify and rectify minor stitching defects during production.
• Perform basic machine setup, threading, and adjustments.
• Coordinate with the Cutting, Printing, and Quality Control teams for smooth workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of machines and the work area.
• Follow production timelines and daily targets efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience operating Flatlock and Overlock stitching machines.
• Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and stitching techniques.
• Ability to maintain high-quality stitching with speed and precision.
• Knowledge of machine handling, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
• Experience in T-shirt, oversized apparel, or knitwear production will be preferred.
