Job Description
Customer Engagement: Actively engaging with customers,
building rapport, and understanding their specific requirements for
mobile devices and services.
Product Knowledge: Possessing a deep understanding of the
latest mobile devices, features, and technologies to effectively
communicate product benefits to customers.
Sales Targets: Achieving and exceeding sales targets, both
individually and as part of a team.
Merchandising: Ensuring that the retail space is
well-organized, products are displayed effectively, and promotional
materials are prominently placed.
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service,
addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identifying opportunities to
upsell additional products or services, such as accessories, insurance
plans, or data packages.
Teamwork: Collaborating with other team members and store management to achieve shared goals.
