Job Description
Job Summary:
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Muskurahat Foundation office. The role includes maintaining records, handling office documentation, coordinating with different departments, assisting visitors, and supporting various administrative activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, printing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
- Support the reception by welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative requirements.
- Maintain office stationery, supplies, and inventory.
- Ensure proper filing of employee and organizational documents.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and preparing meeting materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office workspaces.
- Support HR, Operations, and Accounts teams with administrative tasks as required.
- Follow organizational policies and maintain confidentiality of official information.
- Perform other office-related duties assigned by the management.
