Event Planner / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute all in-house events and entertainment programs.
• Coordinate with artists, bands, Qawwali groups, and vendors for event bookings.
• Develop monthly event calendars and ensure timely execution.
• Manage event budgets, logistics, décor, and guest experience.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers and marketing teams to promote events.
• Handle private event bookings such as birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate gatherings.
• Ensure smooth event operations and resolve any issues during the event.
• Generate new event ideas to increase footfall and customer engagement.
• Maintain records of event expenses, attendance, and performance.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Event Management, Hospitality, or Entertainment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Experience in coordinating live performances and artist management is preferred.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Creative mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms is an added advantage.
