About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee our finance and accounting operations in the garment manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manufacturing accounting, taxation, inventory control, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor production costing and manufacturing cost analysis.
• Oversee inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and valuation.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
• Supervise and mentor the accounts team to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of overall accounting experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Garment/Apparel Manufacturing industry (Mandatory).

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.
