Job Description
- Responsibilities:Drive sales of Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products across the assigned area.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Managers/Relationship Managers to achieve business targets.
- Develop and expand sourcing channels including DSAs, connectors, builders, and direct sourcing.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and portfolio quality.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular market mapping and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members for enhanced performance.
- Eligibility:Graduate/Postgraduate with 5–10 years of experience in Home Loans/LAP sales.
- Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, sourcing channels, and local market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
