## About the Role

Mint Studio is looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Video Editor (Post Production)** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video editing, storytelling, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to produce high-quality content for corporate films, events, advertisements, social media, and digital campaigns.

## Key Responsibilities

* Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and high-quality videos.

* Perform post-production tasks including cutting, trimming, sequencing, transitions, and pacing.

* Apply color correction and color grading to achieve the desired visual style.

* Sync and enhance audio, add background music, sound effects, and voiceovers.

* Create and integrate motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and end screens.

* Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and deliver compelling visual content.

* Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and client requirements.

* Manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.

* Organize and maintain project files, assets, and backups.

* Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, trends, and software.

## Required Skills

* Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro**.

* Strong knowledge of **Adobe After Effects**.

* Experience with **Adobe Photoshop** and **Adobe Illustrator**.
