Job Description

Machine Setup: Calibrate the balancing machine, install proper fixtures, and mount the shaft securely onto the pedestals or roller supports.


Testing: Spin the shaft using belt or end drives while the machine's sensors capture vibration data and angular positions of the imbalance.


Imbalance Correction: Calculate and apply the necessary weight corrections.


Verification: Run the shaft through subsequent tests to ensure the final measurements fall within the required quality and tolerance standards.
