As we continue to expand our digital and ecommerce presence, we are looking for a high-performing Digital Marketing Executive who understands D2C business, ecommerce operations, customer acquisition, lead conversion, and strategic partnerships.

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team. Female candidates are preferred for this role. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are passionate about helping customers, we'd love to hear from you.

 Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

* Connect with potential patients through outbound and follow-up calls.

* Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about our fertility services.

* Build rapport with prospective patients and encourage them to book consultations.

* Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.

* Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.

* Handle customer queries professionally while delivering an excellent customer experience.

  Preferred Candidate Profile

* Female candidates are preferred.

* Graduate/Undergraduate from any discipline.

* 6 months to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Relationship, or Business Development.

* Excellent Hindi communication skills; basic English communication will be an added advantage.

* Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.

* Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
