Sales Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Trainer to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of our sales teams. The Sales Trainer will play a critical role in improving employee productivity, sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and overall business performance.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of sales processes, tele calling operations, lead generation, customer handling, objection management, and conversion strategies. They will work closely with management, team leaders, and sales executives to identify skill gaps, implement training interventions, and ensure continuous learning and development across the organization.

The Sales Trainer will be responsible for conducting product and process training, organizing refresher sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and providing ongoing coaching to improve individual and team performance. The role requires excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and analytical skills, along with the ability to motivate teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.

The successful candidate should have prior experience training tele sales, telemarketing, inside sales, BPO, or field sales teams and possess the ability to create engaging learning experiences that translate into measurable business outcomes.
