Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounts in Tally Prime/ Excel and other ERP Softwares.
- Prepare customer invoices for storage, handling, and transportation services.
- Manage accounts receivable, payable, and bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and customer outstanding statements.
- Verify transport bills, diesel expenses, tolls, and trip documents.
- Prepare driver trip settlements (Trip Hisaab), including freight calculations, advances, tolls, loading/unloading charges, and final payments.
