Job Description

💼 Hiring: Customer Billing Executive (Customs Broker / Freight Forwarder)

Location: Chennai


We are looking for a customer billing executive with experience in the customs broker/freight forwarding industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate job-wise customer invoices.
  • Ensure billing as per customer contracts and rate cards.
  • Verify GST details and generate GST-compliant invoices/e-invoices.
  • Coordinate with Operations for billing documents and shipment details.
  • Maintain billing records and support audit compliance.
  • Prevent billing errors and revenue leakage.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Customs Brokerage/Freight Forwarding billing.
  • Knowledge of GST, e-Invoicing, and customer billing processes.
  • Good communication and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally (preferred).
