Job Description
Designation: Senior Machine Operator
Responsibilities:
- Set up blow moulding machines, molds, tooling, for each production run
- Start, stop, and operate blow moulding machines
- Adjust machine settings: cycle time, temperature, air pressure, parison control.
- Monitor machine operations continuously and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Knowledge of moulding processes: blow & injection
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Understanding of different plastic resins: HDPE, PP, PET, PVC
