 *Job Summary* 

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our Branch Operations team as Apprentice Trainees. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling walk-in customer queries at the bank branch and providing prompt assistance while ensuring a high standard of customer service.

 *Key Responsibilities* 

* Handle walk-in customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.

* Guide customers regarding banking products and services.

* Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

 *Training Details* 

 *Training Duration* : 6 Months

This is a Government Apprenticeship Training Program.

Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates will receive a Government Apprenticeship Certificate.

 candidates will be converted into Full-Time Employment.

 *Stipend* 

Total Monthly Stipend: ₹18,500

₹14,000 paid by the Bank.

₹4,500 credited by the Government as Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

 *Shift Timing* 

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

*Weekly Off* 

2nd & 4th Saturday Off

Sunday Fixed Off
