Job Description
Position: Telecaller
Organization: Ray of Hope
Location: Swargate, Pune
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Call donors and supporters to explain our social work activities.
- Request donations for orphanage and child welfare projects.
- Follow up with existing donors and maintain good relationships.
- Answer donor queries politely and professionally.
- Maintain call records and donor information.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and polite speaking skills.
- Experience in telecalling/customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Passion for social work and helping children.
