Job Description

  • Outbound & Inbound Calling: Reach out to prospective and existing clients to pitch products or services. Handle incoming calls to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential customers by understanding their needs and creating a pipeline for the sales team.
  • Database Management: Accurately update call logs, customer data, and feedback in the company's CRM system.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales and lead conversions.
  • Follow-Ups: Conduct regular follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure successful sales closures.
