Job Description

Job RoleWe are looking for a candidate to join our team. This is a field job where you will be responsible for:

  • Finding and acquiring new properties for our rental business.
  • Showing properties to potential tenants and closing rental deals.
  • Managing move-ins and move-outs of tenants.
  • Minimize move-outs by problem solving.
  • Taking care of existing properties and making sure they are well-maintained.
  • Helping tenants with their daily needs and solving their issues.
  • Achieving monthly targets set by the company.
  • RequirementsShould be comfortable working in the field (not just office work).
  • Owning a two-wheeler will be required.
  • Good communication skills and basic knowledge of handling tenants.
  • Honest, hardworking, and responsible person.
