Description

Secure Automation Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented Tender & MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tender submissions and reports, ensuring compliance with client specifications, and assisting in the preparation of management information systems (MIS) reports. You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and project management teams through effective and timely reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ability & experience working on GeM and other similar Tendering portals.
• Prepare and submit tenders in accordance with client requirements and deadlines
• Collaborate with project managers to gather all necessary information for tender applications
• Maintain an organized repository of tender documents and ensure easy accessibility
• Compile and analyze data for MIS reports, presenting findings to management
• Ensure compliance with standards and procedures in tender submissions
• Assist in tracking project performance metrics and client feedback
• Provide administrative support as required to ensure smooth operations of the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Proven experience in tender management or MIS reporting, preferably in a technical or engineering environment

• Strong analytical skills and adeptness in data analysis

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
