Job Description

Outbound & Inbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective clients to sell products or services, and answer inbound calls from customers needing assistance.

Lead Generation & Follow-up: Nurture potential leads through the sales pipeline and conduct scheduled follow-ups to close sales.

Customer Support: Resolve client complaints, answer questions regarding products, and communicate information clearly.

Data Management: Record the outcomes of each call and update customer details within the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
