Job Description
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities.
Ensure smooth functioning of kitchen equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and air-conditioning units.
Attend maintenance breakdowns promptly to minimize operational downtime.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
Maintain records of maintenance activities, service schedules, and equipment history.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory maintenance standards.
Monitor the availability of maintenance tools and spare parts.
Support outlet teams during equipment installation, relocation, and commissioning.
Respond to emergency maintenance calls across assigned outlets.
Ensure all maintenance work is completed within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
