About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Collections Executives to join our Collections team. The role involves connecting with customers over calls, ensuring timely collections, resolving payment-related queries, and helping customers with suitable repayment solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience. Typical tele-collections roles focus on outbound collection calls, payment follow-ups, negotiation, and maintaining accurate records. (Indeed)

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for overdue payment collections.
• Follow up with customers and negotiate payment commitments.
• Educate customers on repayment options and resolve basic payment-related queries.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Update customer interactions and payment commitments in the CRM/system.
• Escalate complex cases as per company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Eligibility6 months to 3 years of experience in Tele Collections, Collections, Recovery, Customer Service, or Telesales.
• Experience in Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or BPO is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Preferred CandidateCurrently based in Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Faridabad).
• Willing to relocate to Jaipur immediately.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
