Job Summary
The Chief Agency Partner (CAP) is responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and managing a team of insurance advisor . The role focuses on driving sales growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building a high-performing agency team.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Identify and recruit qualified insurance advisors.
Conduct interviews and onboarding activities.
Build and maintain a strong agency force.
2. Team Development
Train and mentor agents on products, sales techniques, and company policies.
Provide continuous coaching to improve performance & achieving their business goals.
3. Sales Management
Drive business through the agency channel.
Monitor team performance and productivity.
Develop strategies to increase sales and market penetration.
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual business targets.
4. Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with customers.
Resolve operational and sales-related issues.
Encourage agent engagement and retention.
5. Compliance & Governance
Ensure all business activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Promote ethical sales practices within the team.
