URGENT HIRING: Customer Support Executive (IMMEDIATE JOINERS APPLY )
📍 Location: Near Bengali Square, Indore
💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month
🕒 Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
About the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Support Executive with at least 1 year of experience in handling inbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls in a professional and polite manner.
- Resolve queries and provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quick and effective solutions.
