Job Description
About the Role
We’re setting up a high-quality vacuum frying facility focused on premium snack production. This role is hands-on and critical to daily operations on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and assist in vacuum frying machines and related equipment
- Handle raw material preparation (cutting, sorting, loading)
- Monitor frying parameters (temperature, pressure, batch timing)
- Ensure consistent product quality and yield
- Perform basic cleaning and sanitation of machinery and workspace
- Follow SOPs for food safety, hygiene, and production processes
- Assist in packaging and batch labeling
- Report any machine issues or production deviations immediately
Requirements
- Prior experience in food processing / manufacturing preferred
- Ability to work in shifts and stand for long hours
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a factory environment
- Discipline and ability to follow structured processes
Good to Have
- Experience with frying, snack production, or FMCG manufacturing
- Familiarity with basic machine operations
- ITI / Diploma in mechanical or related field
