FIELD SITE SUPERVISER for  installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Diesel Generator (DG) systems.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Diesel Generator (DG) systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical supervision, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with technical standards.  Key Responsibilities

 Supervise Electrical DG installation activities including foundation, cabling, earthing, and mechanical setup.

 Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.

 Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, load calculations, and installation layouts.

 Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and client specifications.

 Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning tests for Equipment sets.

 Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, inspection logs, and material records.

 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and testing.

 Monitor manpower, tools, and material availability to avoid delays. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

 2–3 years of experience in Industrial Electrical DG installation and site supervision.

 Strong knowledge of DG systems, control panels, AMF/ATS, and load management.

 Familiarity with safety protocols and statutory compliance.

 Good communication and leadership skills.

 Ability to manage multiple sites and teams.

 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
