Job Description
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and result-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating business leads or driving sales.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to handle customer objections effectively. Your main goal will be to build positive customer relationships and contribute to the company's growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling: Initiate phone calls to potential customers using a given database to pitch our products or services.
- Lead Generation: Identify customer needs, answer their queries, and convert cold calls into qualified sales leads or direct sales.
- Customer Retention: Follow up with existing or interested customers to maintain strong relationships and secure repeat business.
- Data Management: Keep an accurate and updated record of all calls made, customer feedback, and follow-up dates in the CRM software or Excel sheets.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales/lead generation targets.
- Feedback Loop: Report customer feedback, market trends, and common complaints to the team leader or management to improve the product/service strategy.
- Skills and QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: [Insert Number, e.g., 0-2 years / Freshers are welcome] of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a domestic call center.
- Language Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic understanding/speaking skills in English. (Add regional language if required).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with MS Excel, and experience using CRM software or dialers is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Active listening skills, patience, a pleasant phone voice, and the ability to handle rejection calmly.
