Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments.
  • Develop hiring strategies to attract quality candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive and professional workplace culture.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues effectively.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and surveys.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.

Performance Management

  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Support department heads in setting KPIs and employee goals.
  • Identify training and development requirements.
  • Track employee performance and productivity metrics.

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Handle HR audits, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and organize training programs.
  • Support leadership development and employee growth initiatives.
  • Create career progression frameworks for employees.

Strategic HR Responsibilities

  • Develop workforce planning strategies.
  • Support management in organizational development initiatives.
  • Generate HR reports and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Contribute to improving employee retention and organizational performance.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of corporate HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Excel, and HR reporting systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
