Job Summary
The Business Development Officer will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting MSV Sons Infosolution Pvt. Ltd.’s products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sales mindset, and a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Present and promote company products and services effectively to potential clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored product or service solutions.
- Expand product distribution and develop innovative sales strategies to increase market share.
- Support and guide field teams to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any specialization (required) but have knowledge of sales & markeitng.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in analyzing sales data and making informed business decisions.
- Must own a two wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid driving license for daily visits.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
- Incentives: Commission pay, performance bonuses, and annual incentives.
