About the Role-

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Associates to join our bakery and pastry retail team. The role involves assisting customers, driving sales, handling billing transactions, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities-

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting cakes, pastries, desserts, and other products.
• Explain product offerings, flavors, promotions, and special orders.
• Handle billing, cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain product displays and ensure counters are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and store team for customer orders and deliveries.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
• Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Monitor stock availability and inform the store team about replenishment requirements.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards at all times.
• Support outlet operations during peak business hours and festive seasons.
• Requirements0–3 years of experience in retail sales, bakery, café, QSR, or hospitality.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems preferred.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
