Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new clients through field visits and market research.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
- Experience in the manufacturing and production of copper rods and copper wires will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with a target-oriented approach.
Compensation:
- Fixed monthly salary.
- Attractive monthly incentives based on sales performance.
