• Carry out periodic services as per company standards.
• Handle mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ensure quality repairs and workshop safety compliance.

Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical

Experience: 1-5 Years

3. DriverJob Responsibilities:

• Move customer vehicles safely within the workshop.
• Support vehicle pickup and delivery activities.
• Maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness.
• Follow traffic and company guidelines.

Qualification: Valid LMV Driving License

Experience: 1+ Year Preferred

4. FQC (Final Quality Controller)Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct final quality inspection of repaired vehicles.
• Verify all customer complaints are resolved.
• Perform road tests and quality checks.
• Approve vehicles for delivery.

Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Automobile

Experience: 2-5 Years

5. Co-Tech (Co Technician)Job Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians in repair and maintenance work.

• Handle tools and workshop equipment properly.
• Follow safety and quality standards.

Qualification: ITI Automobile/Motor Mechanic

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

6. Smart Technician (Smart Tek)Job Responsibilities:

• Handle quick service and minor repair jobs.
• Perform oil changes, brake inspection, battery checks, and basic repairs.
• Ensure timely job completion with quality standards.
• Support workshop productivity targets.

Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Automobile

Experience: 1-3 Years

7. CXM (Customer Experience Manager)Job Responsibilities:

• Manage customer satisfaction and service experience.
• Handle customer feedback and complaint resolution.
• Conduct customer follow-up calls and surveys.
• Coordinate with service teams to improve customer retention.
• Prepare customer experience reports and MIS.

Qualification: Graduate/MBA Preferred

Experience: 2-6 Years in Customer Service/Automobile Industry
