Job Description

Job ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Desk Management

  • Welcome customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries at the reception counter.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer queries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Customer Handling

  • Assist customers with laundry service information, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Receive customer orders and generate bills/invoices.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Follow up with customers regarding order status and delivery updates.
  • Build positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Order Management

  • Record customer details and service requirements accurately.
  • Coordinate with the operations team regarding customer orders.
  • Track pending orders and ensure timely updates to customers.

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain daily records of customer orders and payments.
  • Prepare basic reports as required by management.
  • Support store operations and promotional activities when needed.
  • RequirementsGood communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, email).
  • Customer-friendly attitude and professional appearance.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Prior experience in customer service or reception is preferred but not mandatory.
