Job Title: Inside Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Associate to connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and guide them through our services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and engage prospective clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads from various sources.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
