Assistant Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager – Ready Mix Concrete (RMC)Location: Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh (Travel Required)

About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive the sales of Ready Mix Concrete (RMC). The ideal candidate should be comfortable visiting construction sites, meeting builders, architects, contractors, developers, and individual clients, and converting leads into long-term business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business for Ready Mix Concrete (RMC).
• Visit construction sites daily to identify potential customers.
• Meet architects, structural consultants, contractors, builders, developers, and individual house owners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Prepare and submit quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
• Maintain daily visit reports and update the CRM/sales pipeline.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with construction professionals.
• Good understanding of the construction industry and RMC products.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
• QualificationBachelor's degree in any discipline (Civil Engineering preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience2–5 years of sales experience in Ready Mix Concrete (RMC), cement, steel, TMT bars, construction chemicals, AAC blocks, or other building materials.
• Candidates with an existing network of contractors, builders, and architects will be preferred.
