Job Description
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and digital platforms like LinkedIn.Needs Analysis & Pitching: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations while asking targeted questions to understand client pain points and tailor your pitch accordingly.Negotiation & Closing: Address customer objections, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and finalize transactions to hit monthly or annual sales quotas.Relationship Management: Maintain long-term client relationships by offering industry advice, courtesy calls, and ongoing support to encourage repeat business and referrals.Pipeline Management: Track all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.Market Awareness: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to adjust sales approaches and identify areas for new product offerings.
