Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing calls, providing constructive feedback, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring adherence to company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen to and audit customer interaction calls to assess performance and compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality evaluations and maintain audit records.
- Share real-time (live) and email-based feedback with agents and team leaders.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide coaching and guidance to agents on communication skills and objection-handling techniques.
- Prepare and present quality reports, scorecards, and performance analyses.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, processes, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor agent performance trends and highlight recurring issues.
- Participate in calibration sessions and quality improvement meetings.
