Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead end-to-end sales operations, generate business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IndiaMART, Canva, customer management, and complete sales cycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and post-sales support.
- Handle and respond to IndiaMART enquiries promptly and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close deals effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Create basic marketing materials, product catalogs, and promotional content using Canva.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and follow-up schedules.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Preferred Skills:-
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent follow-up and customer handling skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
