Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential buyers, understand their property requirements, and guide them through our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities (What you will do)
Tele-calling & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to pitch our premium real estate projects.
Customer Consultation: Understand the budget, location preferences, and requirements of potential buyers and suggest the best property options.
Follow-ups: Maintain a consistent follow-up pipeline with prospects to move them further down the sales funnel.
Site Visit Coordination: Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients with our on-field sales team.
CRM Management: Regularly update client details, call statuses, and daily progress in the CRM software.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily calling targets and monthly sales/visit milestones.
Requirements & Qualifications (What we are looking for)
Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or customer service (Experience in Real Estate, Banking, or Insurance is a major plus).
Education: Graduate in any stream (High school graduates with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Skills:
Exceptional English speaking and listening skills (knowing local languages is an added advantage).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient against rejection.
Tech-savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
