Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
- Understand the MEP tenders/BOQs and submit offers in coordination with the team.
- Attend meetings and engage in techno-commercial discussions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Ability to work closely with Consultants, MEP/Design Consultants, Architects, and end clients
- Manage the sales team and provide coaching, training, and support as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and finance, to ensure successful project execution
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
