Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Payroll Management Administer end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
- Validate attendance, leave records, overtime, incentinves and deductions.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, reimbursements, and final settlements.
- Generate monthly salary registers, payslips, and payroll MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Finance for timely salary disbursement.
- Statutory Compliance manage comliances with all labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages etc.
- Prepare and file periodic returns (PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, etc.).
- Handle inspections, audits, and notices from statutory bodies.
- Maintain compliance calendar and ensure timely submissions to authoritites.
- Employee Support Address employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and compliance.
- Educate employees on salary structures, deductions and benefits.
- Ensure smooth handling of exit settlements and compliance obligations.
- Data Management & Reporting Maintain and update employee master data in payroll systems.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for audits and statutory requirements.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly reports for management and statutory bodies.
- Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of payroll systems and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS/Payroll software.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
