🚨 Hiring: Store Manager – Lenskart 🚨
📍 Location: Bangalore (All Areas)
💰 CTC: Up to ₹5.4 LPA
Lenskart is looking for dynamic and experienced Store Managers to join our growing retail team.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager (ASM), Department Manager (DM), or Store Manager (SM).
- Strong exposure to team handling, store operations, and sales management.
- Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to drive store performance and achieve business targets.
- QualificationMinimum 12th Pass.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (local language).
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, coach, and develop store staff to achieve business goals.
- Drive sales performance and ensure target achievement.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and shrinkage control.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are maintained.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity.
- Analyze store performance and implement action plans for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
