We are hiring energetic and customer-focused Collection Executives to manage payment collections and customer follow-ups.
- Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for pending payments.
- Handle collection calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain strong customer relationships while resolving payment-related queries.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
- Update customer records and collection status in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for payment-related support.
- Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Customer Service, Telecalling, BFSI, or Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to achieve collection targets.
