Job Description : The Brand Tales is hiring a Telecaller to connect with potential clients, generate leads, schedule meetings, and maintain regular follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be confident in handling objections, and possess basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain and update Google Sheets.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects.
• Handle customer objections and rejections professionally.
• Explain our digital marketing services to clients.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
• Submit daily call reports.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• 6 months–1 year of telecalling or telesales experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic computer skills.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
