Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Fitness Instructor to join our team. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting engaging Group Workout and Personal Training (PT) sessions, providing professional coaching, and helping clients achieve their fitness goals in a safe and motivating environment.

Role
Group Workout Sessions: Conduct energetic and engaging group fitness classes while ensuring proper exercise techniques and participant motivation.

Personal Training (PT): Deliver personalized one-on-one training sessions based on each client's fitness goals and progress.
Client Assessment & Goal Setting: Assess clients' fitness levels, understand their objectives, and recommend suitable training plans.
Progress Tracking & Coaching: Monitor client performance, provide regular feedback, and modify workout plans to maximize results.
Member Motivation & Support: Encourage members to stay consistent, maintain a positive workout environment, and help them achieve long-term fitness success.
Professional Development: Follow Fortitude's training protocols, continuously upgrade your knowledge, and contribute to delivering an exceptional member experience.
