Job Description
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders.
Process customer orders and coordinate with the production and dispatch teams.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.
Maintain customer records, sales reports, and MIS.
Coordinate with the Accounts department for invoicing and payment updates.
Handle email correspondence and customer inquiries.
Update CRM/ERP software and maintain accurate sales data.
Assist the sales team with documentation, presentations, and administrative tasks.
Prepare monthly sales reports and other management reports.
Ensure timely execution of customer orders and provide after-sales support.
